Homelessness - Case Management

This web page provides information to assist people who are unhoused in Arcadia. 

In Arcadia, reaching out to LACADA is your best option, at 562-844-1484, or arcadia@lacada.com.  They will provide direct case management, offer more services, up to and including housing.

L.A. CADA is contracted by the City of Arcadia to assist in direct services to the unhoused.  L.A. CADA is short for Los Angeles Centers for Drug and Alcohol Abuse.

  • This contract with the city means Arcadia has 3 case managers/housing navigators, working 5 days a week, Monday through Friday
  • L.A. CADA has been working in Arcadia for a few years and has housed 30-40 unhoused folks.  
  • L.A. CADA assists with street outreach, mental health support, substance abuse services, benefit services, essential resource distribution, rental assistance, application fees, security deposits, reunification services, housing placement, and more. 
  • In addition, Arcadia has access to eight L.A.CADA beds.
  • They provide in-person check-ins at the Arcadia Library on Wednesdays (9am to 12pm).

Case Management for People who are Unhoused

If you or your church meet a person who is unhoused, just contact L.A.CADA, at 562-844-1484, or arcadia@lacada.com.  The flier is below, as well as the link.  The Recreation and Community Services Department has business cards with similar information to distribute to churches to use as a reference for people who are unhoused.
