Affordable Housing placement
This web page provides information to acquire affordable housing in Arcadia.
Although CHOA is a housing advocacy group – to speak up to build more affordable housing – we also recognize we can share what we know to help others to find and get into these affordable housing units, that are already built or becoming available soon.
Some of these developments are not completed at this time, and all you can do is add your name on a list, to be notified later. We highly encourage you to apply to many places. There will be many people applying for these housing units, so acquiring them will be difficult. CHOA encourages you to apply.

General affordable housing:
There are many affordable housing units currently being developed in Arcadia. We list the contact information, and when the development may be finished. We will keep updating this page as we learn. We highly recommend you add your name to the list.

There is a precise definition of who qualifies for affordable housing all across LA County. In particular, the Income Limits of “Very Low Income” and “Low Income” are used often. Yes, Arcadia follows this same definition. You will be surprised that you may qualify for affordable housing. Review the chart below.
